Become a member of the Newfoundland and Labrador
Beekeeping Association

By joining the Association, you will participate in a growing community of people interested in honey bees, our wild pollinators, and the ecosystems they inhabit.

We are offering four types of membership - full/individual membership, family/group membership, commercial membership, and associate membership.

FULL-INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP  - costs $40.00 for the period January 1 to December 31st each year. A full member gets one vote at any general meeting held by the Association.  Members have  voting rights in the Association, eligibility for Board positions and qualify for discounted (or maybe even free) workshop registrations and other benefits as we develop the partnerships to supply them.

FAMILY-GROUP MEMBERSHIP - costs $60.00 for the period January 1 to December 31st each year.  It is intended for two or more people tending bees together. Up to four names and email addresses may be registered. This membership allows for two votes at any general meeting.

COMMERCIAL MEMBERSHIP - costs $60.00 for the period January 1 to December 31st each year.  This membership is intended for people who have more than 20+ hives and are moving towards registering with the province for commercial status.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP - costs $35.00 for the period January 1 to December 31st each year. This membership is intended for people, organizations or companies that are interested in receiving notices, are doing research in beekeeping, selling beekeeping equipment, or wish to support the association. They will have no vote, but will get the opportunity for preferred rates for general meetings or workshops.
